Returns & Refund Policy

We want you and your little one to love everything you order. If something isn't right, here's how to return it.
Return window
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. After that the order is considered accepted.
Eligibility
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Innerwear, socks, and clearance items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
- Items damaged due to wear, washing, or misuse are not eligible.
How to request a return
- Sign in and go to My Orders.
- Open the relevant order and click Request Return.
- Select the items and the reason; submit the form.
- We will email you the return address and an RMA reference within 1 working day.
- Ship the package via any tracked courier; share the tracking number with us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 2 working days of receipt), we initiate a refund to your original payment method via Razorpay. Refunds typically reach your account in 5β7 working days depending on your bank or UPI provider.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item).
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a different item from what you ordered, email support@vancr.in with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free reverse pick-up and full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order from My Orders any time before it is dispatched, for a full refund. Once dispatched, the return process above applies.
