These Terms govern your use of the VanCr.in website and any purchase you make through it. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to register or place an order.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@vancr.in immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Products and pricing

We make reasonable efforts to display product details, colours, and prices accurately. Minor variations between product photographs and the actual item may occur. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing or stock errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

4. Orders & payment

An order is a binding offer to purchase, accepted by us when we send a confirmation email. Payments are processed by Razorpay; by placing an order you also agree to Razorpay's terms. If a payment fails or is reversed, the corresponding order is automatically cancelled.

5. Shipping

Delivery times and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provide.

7. User content

If you post a product review or other content, you grant VanCr a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display it on the site. You must not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or that contains personal information of others.

8. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to disrupt the site, probe for vulnerabilities without prior written permission, scrape product data at industrial scale, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, product photographs, text, and site code are owned by VanCr or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VanCr's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
