Where we ship

We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India. International shipping is not yet available.

Shipping charges

• Orders below ₹999: flat ₹99 shipping.
• Orders ₹999 and above: free shipping.

Dispatch time

Orders placed before 2 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same or next working day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery time

• Metros (Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad): 2–4 working days.
• Tier-2 cities and most state capitals: 4–6 working days.
• Remote PIN codes: 6–9 working days.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary during sales, festivals, or due to events outside our control (weather, strikes, regional restrictions).

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched. You can also see live status on the My Orders page when signed in.

Undelivered / RTO

If a shipment is returned to us because the address was unreachable, the recipient was unavailable after multiple attempts, or delivery was refused, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping may apply) or refund the order value minus actual shipping cost.
